One to One Support
Everyone needs some extra help and support from time-to-time, and that is exactly what our friendly team offer. We work with young people on a one-to-one basis to help them overcome a wide range of issues or challenges. Our targeted support sessions cover everything from bereavement support, anger management to self-esteem, life skills and confidence building.

Young people are often referred from other organisations for additional support but if you feel that there is something affecting you that you need help with, you can also self-refer by contacting us.
