We are delighted to be able to support #SaferInternetDay again this year; here at Positive Futures we are promoting the safe and responsible of use of online technolgy all year long in support of the Insafe Network.
Recently, several members of our team have received further training on safer online use of applications from the dynamic Ineqe Group, who focused on safeguarding and child protection in the digital world. The masterclass has enhanced the team’s understanding of safeguarding in the context of young people, and their use of social media and online applications, such as, interactive games. Our aim with the help of the Professional Online Safety Helpline – called POSH , is to support any concerns that our young people may have about their online reputation or presence.
If you would like further information about how you can support Safer Internet Awareness, or have any concerns about a young person please email firstname.lastname@example.org . We are here to advise how to create, connect, and share respect: a better internet starts with us.
