When you reflect on the positive impact you have had and happy memories you have made over the years it gives you such a heartfelt feeling, this is what makes me love my career.
I have achieved my NVQ level 3 Diploma and my mental health foundations degree, I have one term left until I pass my health and social care top-up degree, so I am super excited as it has helped me gain greater insight and knowledge in my role and supported me to give the best care I can to our young people.
In my spare time I love to spend time with my family and my dogs I enjoy going on long walks and weekends away.
Yesterday, we all had a team lunch to celebrate the birthdays of our Operations Manager Karen, and Georgia, a member of our Target Support Team 🎉🎈
