We recently partnered with a family navigating the complexities of neurodiversity, aiming to build on their existing strengths and deepen their understanding of their child’s unique needs. The parents were committed to creating a nurturing and structured home environment but were seeking guidance on how to implement consistent boundaries and routines that supported their child’s development.
Through a series of seven tailored support sessions, we worked collaboratively with the parents to:
Each session focused on practical tools such as choices and consequences, routine-building, and boundary-setting, while also providing space for emotional reflection and growth. Regular check-ins ensured continuity and allowed us to celebrate progress together.
We also connected the family with specialist services including Family Help, SENDIASS, and the ADHD Foundation, expanding their support network and access to expert resources.
