Brogan - Lead Youth Development Worker

Brogan joined the team October 2024 as Lead youth development worker. Her role is to support the youth development team and ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

She has spent 10 years in the outdoor industry planning, delivering, and overseeing residential programmes around the world.  Her favourite part of the job was seeing the young people achieve a task they didn’t think they could do, helping them build on their confidence and resilience skills to help them in the future.

“Learn from yesterday, Live for today and Hope for tomorrow. The important thing is to not stop trying.”
