Bio: Clare joined the team in November 2023, as a Family Support Worker. Clare has worked with young people and adults in different settings for over 10yrs. She has wide range of knowledge and skills working with young people and their families.

Clare enjoys supporting young people, parents, and carers to achieve their goals and make changes that have a positive impact to family life. She enjoys working alongside people, building positive relationships, and empowering people with the tools and knowledge to live a fulfilled and happy life.
