Collette Williams - Director

Collette Williams is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources, organisational development, and social impact. She leads the People and Culture function at FRC Group, where she is responsible for shaping strategies that support staff, stakeholders, and the organisation’s mission. Her work focuses on creating a positive workplace culture, developing skilled teams, and aligning HR practices with core values.

As well as HR leadership, Collette oversees the organisation’s Health, Safety, and Facilities functions, ensuring that all sites operate in full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. She leads the development and implementation of robust health and safety policies, monitors risk management processes, and ensures that facilities are safe, efficient, and fit for purpose. Her strategic oversight guarantees a secure and productive environment for staff, volunteers, and visitors, supporting the organisation’s operational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.

Collette is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD), holding a Level 7 qualification in HR, and is a certified Social Value Practitioner.

Her work is driven by a deep commitment to people development and social impact. She believes that a skilled, motivated workforce is key to delivering meaningful change and creating lasting value for all stakeholders
