Bio: Ellie has come from a health and social background throughout education, then progressing to complete a degree in Health and Social Wellbeing. During this, Ellie completed a placement as a youth worker for children with neurodevelopmental conditions which initially sparked her interest in pursuing this as a career. She believes that the relationships formed with the young people are extremely important and we can help to shape their lives.
