Hannah - Group CEO
I’m proud to serve as Group CEO of Positive Futures and Positive Homes, where I lead a passionate team working to create brighter futures and secure homes for young people, families, and communities.
With over 20 years of experience in youth work and social housing, I’m deeply committed to ensuring that underrepresented voices , especially those of young people are heard, respected, and have real influence over the policies and services that shape their lives.
My journey began as a Young Leader at Walton Youth Project in Liverpool, before I went on to study Youth Work at Liverpool John Moores University. My first professional role was right here at Positive Futures, where I worked on detached sessions, social action projects, and focused work with girls in Everton and Vauxhall. Since then, I’ve held leadership roles across the country, always driven by the belief that with the right support, every young person can unlock their full potential.
As CEO, I’m committed to openness, people-first leadership. I’m passionate about protecting, championing, and growing the vital work, we do, not only within our organisation, but as part of championing the youth sector nationally. I’m excited to work alongside our teams, partners, and communities to strengthen our collective impact.
