Lesley is driven by a passion for helping children and young people realise their abilities and recognise their potential. She has always had an interest in encouraging children and young people to explore their skills, interests, likes/dislikes and to be proud of who they are. Throughout her intervention with children and young people, Lesley always aims to make a positive impact, and will always strive to advocate for those who are unsure of what direction to turn and to minimise any discomfort wherever possible.
Yesterday, we all had a team lunch to celebrate the birthdays of our Operations Manager Karen, and Georgia, a member of our Target Support Team 🎉🎈
