Pam - Responsible Individual / Director of Homes

Pamela is the Responsible Individual at Positive Futures Homes and brings more than 20 years of experience in residential childcare and youth services. Over the course of her career, she has focused on creating homes where young people feel secure, respected and able to make progress in their own time. Pamela sees the role of a children’s home as not just providing a roof, but offering consistency, care and meaningful relationships that help young people grow.

She works closely with Positive Futures and local authorities across the Liverpool City Region to make sure each child receives the support they need around education, wellbeing and family connections. Her approach is collaborative and practical, shaped by what genuinely helps young people move forward. Above all, she is committed to giving children the best chance to build confidence, develop positive relationships and move toward a more stable future.
