Sophie has a vast amount of knowledge, skills, and experience of working with children, young people, and their families, and has a strong motivation and passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential. She aims to break down barriers to participation and provide opportunities by building positive and supportive relationships with young people and work with them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Through one-to-one sessions, Sophie provides a range of therapeutic interventions aimed at improving emotional health and wellbeing, personal resilience and promoting healthy relationships, as well as supporting young people to overcome challenges around issues such as behaviour, education, and substance misuse.
