Positive Outcomes and Impact

The intervention led to measurable improvements across several areas:

Assessment scores from the beginning and end of the intervention showed a clear positive trajectory, affirming the effectiveness of the support provided.

One carer shared:

“Positive Futures has been very helpful and very supportive. You have helped me with my social skills, and you have helped me to be more positive in my approach to making adjustments when needed.”

This case highlights how strengths-based, family-focused support can empower carers and young people to build resilience, improve wellbeing, and create lasting positive change in their daily lives
