Reason for referral
To support separated parents with having consistent boundaries between homes.

- Sessions with both Dad, and Mum and her partner.
- Work completed on boundaries and improving communication.
- Direct work on rewards and penalties, choice and consequences.
- Work with parents to support positive discipline and self-awareness when dealing with challenging situations.
- Emotional support for parent, improve wellbeing and confidence.
- Nursery placement sourced for youngest child
- Support for family to register with Property Pool Plus and source supporting evidence from services.
- Application for furniture via Family Fund Grant; family awarded grant for new washing machine.
- Budgeting work with parents.

Outcomes
- Initial assessment scores compared to exit scores:
- Family Star initial score 71 exit score 90
- Risk protective initial score 48 exit score 15
- Goal based outcomes initial score 3 exit score 9
The figures above evidence the impact of improved parental emotional health and behaviour change for the family. The family had a significant amount of debt cleared which has provided the family with much needed fresh start and relieved additional stress from parents.
