Positive Futures Homes is a new social enterprise dedicated to providing the highest standards in residential care for young people and investing in their long-term Positive Futures.

Positive Futures Homes is not just offering residential care – our package includes wrap around support which can be quickly tailored and accessed to meet the needs of any individual child placed with us.

We believe that diverse activities and engagement within the local community is key to achieving good outcomes for young people.  We have a proven track record and have seen amazing outcomes. Extending our menu of outstanding support to young people and combing it with a stable home environment feels like the next natural step for our charity.

How will we do things differently?

We pride ourselves on defining a new standard in care by having:

  • The best paid staff team
  • The best trained staff team
  • The best possible homes
  • The nicest locations
  • Returning the surplus; to both Positive Futures and Positive Futures Homes

We will provide extensive training & development for our staff team ensuring young people receive the best service possible, and the team members grow with the organisation over the years.
